Next summer the weather will be warmer, the grass will be greener, and your friends will be out playing golf. Will you be ready to play with them? The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and Play-a-Round Golf want to help you get in the game. Golf professionals Jeff Lockman and Becky Dengler are teaming up to teach you the fundamentals of the game and help you get ready to play. This 8 week clinic is great for beginners or people who would like to get back in the game. Lessons will start promptly at 5:30 PM and conclude at 6:30 PM. Participants are welcome to arrive at 5:00 PM for warm-up and practice.

PathWays PA is a nonprofit agency and for 30 years we have been helping people secure healthier futures. PathWaysPA’s mission is to alleviate poverty, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve economic independence and family well-being through permanent self-sufficiency. PathWays PA is scheduled to prepare tax returns at the Chamber. Their goal is to help individuals take full advantage of the credits available to working people when they file their taxes. The best opportunity is the Earned Income Tax Credit, a tax credit given to people earning less than $48,000 a year. EITC limitations and maximum refunds have increased for 2009, and a tax filer with three qualifying children may now be eligible for a refund of up to $5,657 through the EITC alone.
